My FiRsT PiTcH

Tuesday Oct 20th I was hanging out in my office for lunch and decided to go to the chat room in FF & P, There was a pitch session going on with an editor from LooseId.  Well of course I was lending support and giving out congrats, when I was asked if I wanted to pitch to Christy Lockhart! I was like, NO WAY! But then everyone kept saying you can do it just do it! So guess what I did it!

 My very first Pitch, to Christy Lockhart from LooseId.  They are an E-Book publisher! I was so nervous! Before I went on to pitch, I was in the chat room for like two hours before pitch time.  Melissa Arroyoa a fellow FF &P member was kind of enought to shoot back and forth with me helping me to strengthen my three sentences! Finally it was go time!

I was nervous but Christy was smooth, I introduced my self and went right into my pitch.  Three lines and the 10 minutes went by so fast!  But she liked it! Said she loves Angel stories!  And guess what she wants to see the full MS! (Manuscript) of course I have to polish it up, make it clean and I have also added a prologue.  But I am going to get it to her!  She even said she would not forget me!   ****Tears of Joy***** Yeah, I wanted to shout for like ever!  I have another pitch coming up with Linda Ingmason on Nov 2 from Samhaim! I will let you all know how that goes. Wish me luck!
